How can I delete my account and data?
If you want to delete your account and personal information, you can do so by opening a support case. Make sure to use the same email address that your account was registered with.
Warning: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a purchase or subscription you may have made via a third-party marketplace, such as a mobile app store.
A member of our team will then send you an email to confirm your identity and the account closure request. You may need to click on a link inside of an email to proceed with the account closure.
Your account will then be deactivated for a 14-day grace period, during this time you will not be able to sign in to your account or access your data, in case you change your mind about the account closure you may open a new support case to request its reversal. After the grace period your account data will be permanently deleted, and it won't be possible to recover any of your data. You will still be able to sign up for a new account.
